Second Step To secure your child's space a non- refundable enrollment fee is required along with:

• ​Enrollment Application

• Immunization Record

• Physician Statement of Health

• Tuition & Policy Agreements

• Copy of Parent's Driver License

• Emergency Card/Allergy Alert
